The first time I saw a Bandit fly was in the early 1980's at Byron's annual Fun Fly.  Until that time, I had never seen a large R/C plane fly without looking like it was about ready to fall out of the sky.  When I first saw a Bandit fly, it was more like a 60 powered model, instead of a "Big Pig".   I HAD to have one!  It was my first large, and first gasoline powered R/C plane.  I flew it for about 12 years, then sold it around 1995.  It's too bad that this kit is no longer available...they flew great!
