I got this plane as part of a buy-out.  It flys OK, but mostly I use it for experimenting with different engines, and Mousse Can Pipes.
Bob Adkins, (bobad@mindspring.com), graciously e-mailed me a copy of his instructions on how to build a Mousse Can Pipe.  The first MCP that I built, I followed his instructions to the letter.....and I'm still flying that first MCP.
(Click here to send Bob Adkins a request for his Mousse Can Pipe instructions)
To date, I've built about 4 more MCP's, although I've slightly modified the construction method, and the mounting method on the later ones.

This Kobra has been flown with an OS 40 FP, an OS 32, a Thunder Tiger GP 40, and a Thunder Tiger GP 42...all with and without Mousse Can Pipes.  It is amazing how much power can be gotten from a plain bearing OS 40 FP, a Thunder Tiger GP 40, or a GP 42 engine when a Mousse Can Pipe is used!
Give a Mousse Can Pipe a try!  You'll love it!
